Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received a wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing issue

Returns must be requested maximum within 3 days of delivery along with original Proof of Purchase. Any return request beyond this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, or accessories (if any) must be included

  • A photo or video proof is required for damage or defect before approval

 

NOTE: We mandatorily need a 360 degree Unboxing Video of the package to Claim the damage or defect or any missing items, WITHOUT VIDEO NO RETURN WILL BE OFFERED.

We need the video, so that we can raise aa complaint with the courier company, if there has been a theft or damaged transit.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at:

Once your return request is receieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirming account details.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is found used, different, altered, duplicate or tampered with.


No Exchange Option:

We do not offer exchange of any sorts for any purchased items. We only accept returns in case of defective or damaged goods.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in hte following circumstances:

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging

  • Any return request raised after 3 days of delivery

  • Customer is not happy with the looks of a defect free product.

  • Any damaged caused by the user, or after the order is received.

  • Self Placed Wrond Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).

  • The item is different from the one listed on the website; i.e purchased from any other website, place or store apart from Buy & Trend.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to a mistake from our end (wrong or defective item), shipping will be covered by us
